Job Title Client Care Specialist (Veterinary Receptionist)
Locations Culver City & Woodland Hills
Experience Required? Ideal applicant will have veterinary hospital experience though we may be willing to train the right person.
FT or PT? Full-time ideal, Part-time availability may be considered.
Shifts Culver City office is open 7 days / week. Schedule to consist of either 4 or 5 days / week, based on current needs. Client Care Specialist (CCS) will be scheduled to work a minimum of one weekend day per week.
Woodland Hills office is open Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri.
Shifts for both locations scheduled between the hours of 7 a.m. & 7:30 p.m. Go home time will vary a bit to cover needs of our patients.
Applicant flexibility is a huge plus but we may consider working around minimal school schedules or other limited commitments. 
Salary $11 - $16 / hour DOE
Job Description The Client Care Specialist works in our front office with a team whose main focus is to deliver excellent client service and ensure the smooth execution of the daily operations of our organization. This individual passionately strives to ensure each visitor is treated with respect and compassion. Applicant must enjoy keeping busy and excel in communicating clearly and thoughtfully with our clients and staff members.
